FAAABULOUS Day Bag from SugarZuly

I am so excited! ^Did I mention I have a thing for bags?^ 🙂 I have another wonderful bag to tell you about!

This one brought to you by SugarZuly!!

SugarZuly Bags are made out of 100% hand-weaved Huipil and Recycled Huipil.  A “Huipil” is a cotton-weave fabric worn by Mayan women in Central America.  Many women today still wear this “Traje” as a tribute to their Mayan heritage.
I received the Dark Chevron Long Day Bag and I looooove this bag!!

Initially, I was considering the bag for a diaper bag. And while it’s definitely big enough, it only has two pockets – one small one on the outside front and one tiny one on the inside.

But, really, that’s okay, because it is waaaay too pretty to tote around baby accouterments.

Size-wise, it could almost be a large purse, but it will hold way more than you’d think. I carried it when I went to the Foster Parent Association Conference last month and it held all my swag, conference guide, a couple of snacks, 2 bottles of Coke Zero, and MY 17″ LAPTOP!

One of the buckles on the shoulder strap did loosen itself on the second day, so make sure you pay attention to that if you overload the bag like I did. I took 5 seconds to tighten it back up and haven’t had any more issues.

Even with all that junk, the bag doesn’t show any wear and didn’t lose it’s shape at all.

Since the conference, I’ve used it as a workout tote, an overnight bag and a carry-all-my-crap-to-work bag.

Pictures  really cannot do this bag justice, so you’re just going to have to order one yourself to see how fabulous they are.

And, of course, I got you a discount code!! Use Duckie4 for 25% off all bags at SugarZuly.

Because all of the fabrics are handmade, patterns change frequently. So what are you waiting for??? Head over right now and grab yourself a FABULOUS bag (or two)!

*I received a Long Day Bag for review purposes. I was not financially compensated in any way and all opinions are my own.*

Hint:
It has recently come to my attention that not all of my readers can easily tell when I’m being sarcastic. That is truly unfortunate, so finding a solution was imperative. ^Obviously, the easiest answer is to assume that if something can be read with sarcasm, it should be;^; but that’s not really workable, I guess. After reviewing several options for a “sarcasm font”, I’ve come up up with my own system. Whenever you see italics inside carrots (^snark^), that is my “sarcasm font”.
